Vice President Mike Pence has been kept in the dark about former National Security Adviser Mike Flynn’s alleged wrongdoing [i.e. Flynn’s paid lobby for Turkey], according to a source close to the administration.
This despite Rep. Elijah Cummings’ letter to Mike Pence on November 18, 2016 requesting more information about the potential conflicts of interest posed by Flynn’s lobbying work for Turkey.
And, Michael Flynn told President Trump’s transition team on January 4th and January 6th, 2017 that he was under federal investigation for secretly working as a paid lobbyist for Turkey during the campaign.
